Why Do You Need A Business Coach

If you're a successful business why would you take on a business coach?  In this video I'm going to give you three examples of successful companies that did just that. Why would a successful
business take on a business coach? So you've got past five years, you're doing okay, you've got some profit coming in, your team they operate quite well and you're thinking I absolutely don't need
any more work.  Let me tell you about three companies who decided to work with me and what extra they achieved.  So the first client he's in his mid-50s, he's had his business 20 years, he's in hospitality, he has a team of 80 and a profit of quarter a million.  He knew he wanted to build this into a passive income.  He's working six days a week when I met him so we've managed to get that down to five.  We've looked at systems, we've looked at the departments and though they were working
ok we've actually been able to refine them and get the systems to work much more efficiently.
Now the upshot of that is he's doubled his profit, he works a day a week less, he's going to use some of that profit to take on a general manager and he's going to start to step back until he's got to the point where the general manager has taken his place completely.  He's not in a rush so it's probably going to take another three to five years to do that but then he's got an asset worth so much more because he doesn't work in the business at all.  Client number 2.  I've only been working with him a couple of months.  He's in construction, he's had the business about five years, he makes some reasonable size profit but he spends every penny that he makes at the end of the month on bills and paying off legacy debts.  What we've done is we've concentrated on his marketing.  So we've managed to get rid of some of it because it's not working well, so that's saved him money.  We
focused on the stuff that is working well and we've put strategies in place so he converts more of that, more of those leads so brings in more money. He's now starting to pay off some of those legacy debts and he's feeling much happier about himself because he's starting to gain control of his business.
So the third example I'd like to tell you about they're in the service industry. They're a youngish company, have a team of three who are all individually really really talented but were not pulling
well together as a team.  So we did some personality profiling so they could understand how one another worked and why they did what they did.  We looked at the culture of the company, we looked at the common goal of the company and then we worked out how they could all pull together.  This resulted in them working better as a team, enjoying being at work more which then for the business owner meant they brought in more revenue, they made more sales and the company's now going from strength to strength. So they're three real-life examples and if you think about it, if you think about
successful sportsmen and sports teams so you've got Liverpool, you've got Andy
Murray, you've got the England rugby, they've all got coaches and they're all great at what
they do but a coach can help them really enhance and build on what they do and enable them to do better.
